Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor, who has also worked as a director, producer and producer. Keaton is best known for the film "Birdman. Keaton is skilled in comedy as well as dramatic. His career has seen him portray a couple of characters who are romantic, and also in action films. His interest in the acting profession began when he was at the age of teen. He attempted stand-up comedy in his early 20s. The comedian had a lousy career but this paved the way to his successful acting career. Not able to achieve success as a comic, he took up a job as cameraman for a TV cable channel. When he was working for the Cable station, the man realised that he would like to be in the front of cameras. After landing a role on television, he appeared in numerous episodes in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a naturally gifted actor, and quickly became a household name in the world of television. His comedic roles brought him fame and he embarked upon a career as a filmmaker with high ambitions. Additional recognition was received by his portrayal of Batman's famous hero as Tim Burton's Batman. Being a mature actor the actor also began to explore into directing and producing. His performance in 2014 as Birdman was rewarded with numerous nominations and awards.
